"There's an opera out on the Turnpike"

The Smoking Gun brings us these complaints that were filed with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. It seems the the tollbooth opertors are a rather testy bunch. I like the one where a driver gets told "Tough Shit, Old Man!" for no apparent reason.
